Our Guarantee
We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewelry, which is why we offer a 12 month Guarantee for all online purchases.
If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.
This Guarantee is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).
The Little Lamb Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items

We want you to love your Little Lamb pieces as much as we love designing, creating & wearing them. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll give you a full refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within the below stated timeframes from receiving your order:
